We are passionate about using the finest ingredients from around the UK.  We bake our Sausage Rolls, Pasties and Sweet Pastries in house.  Our pork products contain ground rare breed Gloucester Old Spot dry aged in a Himalayan salt chamber for at least 5 days.  Our locally sourced ground Dexter Red beef has been hung for a minimum of 28 days.

Our small batch, medium roast house blend coffee is roasted here in Dorset and is ground to order every time.  We also offer guest blends along side our house beans, as well as decaf.

We stock a good selection of freshly baked deli items daily including, Croissants, Doughnuts and Danish Pastries alongside our range of Cheesecakes.
